1. Nature of Services

Multi Solution is a private consultancy firm registered in Abu Dhabi, UAE. We specialize in providing administrative support, business setup advisory, and document processing services for entrepreneurs and companies.

2. Non-Government Provider Status

Multi Solution is an independent, private entity and is NOT an official government agency, nor is it endorsed by the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (DED) or the TAMM portal. We operate as an authorized “Non-Government Provider” helping clients navigate administrative procedures.

3. Disclosure of Fees

By using our services, the client acknowledges that the fees paid to Multi Solution are for consultancy, expertise, and manual handling of applications. These fees are separate from, and in addition to, any mandatory official government fees or taxes.

4. Access to Official Services

Clients are hereby informed that they have the option to apply for business licenses and government documents directly through official government channels (such as the DED website or TAMM) without utilizing our services and without incurring our professional service fees.

5. Accuracy and Compliance

While we provide expert guidance, all final approvals are subject to government regulations. Multi Solution is committed to transparency and compliance with Google’s policies regarding Government Documents and Official Services.

6. Transparency and Pricing

Multi Solution commits to full transparency regarding service costs. Before any engagement, the client will receive a breakdown of:

• Government Fees: Direct costs paid to Abu Dhabi authorities.

• Professional Fees: Costs for Multi Solution’s consultancy and processing services. Clients agree that our professional fees are non-refundable once the application process has been initiated with the government authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability

While Multi Solution acts as a facilitator, the final decision to grant any license or permit rests solely with the relevant Abu Dhabi government departments. Multi Solution is not liable for any business losses, delays, or rejections caused by changes in government policy or incomplete documentation provided by the client.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We take the security of your corporate and personal documents seriously. Multi Solution complies with UAE Data Protection laws. Any documents uploaded or shared (such as passports or existing licenses) are used strictly for the purpose of the specific service requested and are not shared with third parties except for the relevant government bodies.

9. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate, legal, and up-to-date information. Any delays caused by the submission of incorrect documents or expired identification are the sole responsibility of the client.

10. Termination of Service

Multi Solution reserves the right to refuse service if the requested business activity is found to be in violation of UAE laws or if the client fails to comply with the transparency requirements of our consultancy.
